Can we use our own mailing permit?
Yes...we can print indices with your mailing permit number in upper right corner of your mailer instead of ours. We would then deduct the cost of postage from our all inclusive pricing for either a snap pack mailer or postcard advertising campaign.
What is your refund/replacement policy ?
Postcard and Snap Pack Mailers
Orders can be cancelled prior to us starting design work on postcards or downloading mailing list with 100% refund.
Once we have started design work on a postcard or snap pack advertising campaign but card has not yet gone to print there will be a 10% cancellation fee.
Once the proof has been approved by client and gone to print there is a 40% cancellation fee. The client is liable for shipping costs to send finished postcards or snap packs to their location if we have printed using their postage indices and USPS mailing permit number.
If Fidelity Direct's permit number is printed on the postcards or snap pack mailers then we will not ship finished printed product to the client but we will still refund 60% of total order cost.
If a mailing list has been purchased and has been downloaded from the compiler, the client will also be responsible for the cost of mailing list and is entitled to receive a copy of the mailing list.
No postcard or snap pack mailer will be printed without a signed "Ok to Print" form
No refunds will be given after mail date.
Due to the reproducible nature of mailing and telemarketing lists, no refunds will be given. Make 100% sure the criteria on invoice is correct. We guarantee a 95% deliverable rate on all mailing lists.. Any returns for bad addresses greater than 5% will be replaced free of charge. You must mail us the returns to receive replacements.

We can not 100% guarantee the accuracy of information contained in mailing lists. Many criteria are modelled information and can show variance . We procure the mailing lists from respected nationwide compilers. We make every attempt to give you the most accurate, up to date and correct information but can not guarantee it.
No changes to mailing list orders can be made after we receive signed invoice.
All list with phone numbers are run monthly against Federal Do Not Call list. All information is updated monthly. We make every effort to scrub all records on the FTC Do Not Call list but the ultimate responsibility lies with the end user.

Can we use our own mailing list for our mailer?
Of course. We will send your snap pack mailer or postcard advertisement to any mailing list you supply. We offer NCOA address uppdate if the list is more than 6 months old. We will deduct the cost of your mailing list from our all inclusive pricing in those cases.
How long does it take for us to receive a mailing list once we purchase it?
We ship or e-mail the same day funds become available. Lists are normally emailed in .csv excel format unless otherwise requested
